Dates of Rates Season 2013
| On Season: | June 28th through August 24th |
| Mid Season: | June 14th through June 27th August 25th through September 14th |
| Off Season: | May 17th through June 13th September 15th through Closing |
Exceptions to seasonal rates:
- Memorial Day Weekend
- Labor Weekend
- Columbus Day Weekend
Rates Based on Double Occupancy
- Additional person is $10/night.
Reservations
- Check-in is at 3:00 PM; Check-out is at 11:00 AM
- Mastercard, Visa and Discover accepted.
- We are NOT currently accepting online reservations.
- Please call our office to reserve or inquire about reservations anytime April 1st through closing.
- Reservations are accepted daily between 9am and 9pm, April 1st through closing.
- Once a reservation is made, a deposit of approximately 1/3rd of the total rental fee will be requested for reservations of three nights or more. 1/2 the total will be requested for 2 night reservations and the entire fee will be requested for 1 night reservations.

Cancellations
- All cancellations are subject to a $20 service charge.
- Deposits will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received 10 days in advance of scheduled arrival.
- If a cancellation is made on shorter notice or if a guest should find it necessary to leave The Surfcomber before the expiration of the period reserved, refunds will be granted if The Surfcomber is able to re-rent the unit reserved.
